Les O'Gorman

Les O'Gorman is an experienced Facilities & Property professional currently serving as the Director of UK Facilities Management at UCB. With a career spanning several decades, Les has held key roles in both the private and public sectors, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, change management, and resource management. Previous positions include leadership roles at organizations such as the BBC, Glaxo SmithKline, and Societe Generale, where they successfully managed multi-disciplined teams and delivered cost-effective workplace strategies. Les is also actively involved in the industry as a member of the Editorial Board for "Premises & Facilities Management" and has participated as a judge for the UK's annual Premises & Facilities Management Partnership Awards.
