Lucy Kern has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Innovation Portfolio Peer To Peer Engagement Lead at UCB since November 2019. In this role, Lucy is responsible for enhancing UCB's digital capabilities in Peer-to-Peer engagement and aligning these efforts with the Omni-Channel strategy, while also developing immunology-specific content and facilitating the growth of key opinion leaders. Prior to this, Lucy held positions at Amgen, including District Sales Manager and Sr Biopharmaceutical Representative, managing teams and driving sales in the inflammation and nephrology markets. Lucy's earlier career included roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca, with a focus on launching new products and leading sales teams. Lucy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
