Lucy Li

Lucy Li is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in regional and global HR operations. Currently serving as Group HR Services Director for Asia Pacific at Smiths Group plc since July 2017, Lucy previously held the position of Director for HR Shared Knowledge & Operations APAC at UCB, where significant accomplishments included the establishment of an HR Shared Service Hub in Shanghai and the implementation of recruitment efficiencies across the region. With prior HR managerial roles at GE HealthCare, Nokia, Kluber, and Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, Lucy has developed a strong skills portfolio in strategic HR management, change management, and talent development. Lucy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fudan University, along with a Bachelor of Laws in Public Administration from the same institution.
