Mateen W.

Mateen W. is a molecular biophysicist specializing in SPR and BLI with extensive experience in allergy, inflammatory diseases, and cancer research spanning a decade. They obtained a cum laude Bachelor of Science Honours and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Western Cape, followed by a Master's in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Cape Town and a PhD from King's College London. Mateen currently serves as a Senior Scientist at UCB and has held positions including Scientist at Ipsen and Postdoctoral Research Scientist. Their expertise encompasses a wide array of biophysical techniques and immunoassays, demonstrating a strong capability in protein expression, purification, and analysis.
