Mathieu Haudry

Mathieu Haudry is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in compliance, cold chain management, and supply chain transformation within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently serving as Logistics Compliance Manager at UCB since September 2021, Mathieu oversees logistics compliance specialists and develops strategies for global logistics operations. Prior experience includes roles at Ipsen as Logistics and Cold Chain Manager, where Mathieu managed a significant budget across multiple distribution sites and was instrumental in digitalization efforts. Additionally, as a QA Project Manager at Ipsen, Mathieu achieved notable reductions in cold chain complaints and costs. Earlier positions include Supply Chain Program Manager at Akka Technologies, where Mathieu handled complex project budgets and led initiatives for bio-bank compliance and manufacturing planning.
