Millena Andrade

Millena Andrade is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent operations and management. Currently serving as HR Manager - Talent Operations Advisor at UCB Biopharma Ltda since July 2021, Millena oversees HR functions, supplier contracts, and benefit management for UCB Brazil, while implementing global projects and adapting communications. Previously, Millena worked at Saint-Gobain as HR Business Partner Coordinator for Brazil, and held various HR Coordinator roles within the Saint-Gobain group, achieving significant milestones in factory restructuring, labor cost reduction, and internal recruitment processes. Earlier career experience includes HR coordination at CEVA Logistics, focusing on payroll, benefits, and recruitment, and as an HR Analyst at MSG Contabilidade, specializing in payroll and related HR processes.
