Nils Meier

Nils Meier is an Asset Communications Lead and Agile Coach at UCB, where they share the organization's patient value story across asset portfolios in Immunology, Neurology, and Rare Diseases. With a background as a Communications Manager, Nils has managed internal and external communications, executed multi-channel campaigns, and developed comprehensive patient journeys and materials. Additionally, Nils's role as a Digital Expert involved innovating internal processes, and they currently guide teams in embracing agile values and practices. Nils is pursuing their education at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
