Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan serves as the Head of Employment Law & Litigation Lead at UCB, overseeing the company's employment lawsuits and investigations in the United States. They manage global employment matters and collaborate with various teams across the organization. Previously, Patrick was a partner at a national labor and employment firm, defending employers in litigation and investigations related to federal and state employment laws. They hold a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Albion College. Patrick is licensed to practice law in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
