Paul Kusters

Paul Kusters has extensive experience in strategic operations and sales leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at UCB since April 2005 in various high-level roles, including Head of Strategic Operations and Director of Global Sales Operations & Effectiveness. Prior to UCB, Paul Kusters held multiple positions at Eli Lilly Belgium from 1997 to 2004, culminating as Business Unit Director, and served as National Sales Manager for Eli Lilly Czech Republic & Slovakia from 1993 to 1997. Paul Kusters earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Economics from Nyenrode Business University between 1980 and 1983.
