Rob Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio and operations management in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio & Operations for Discovery at UCB since September 2016, Rob previously held significant roles at GSK from November 2007 to April 2016, including Senior Director of the Global PMO for the GSK/Novartis integration, where leadership was provided for the central global integration team across multiple divisions. Additionally, Rob managed operations for GSK’s principal global commercial investment and governance board and led the European PMO for New Product Introduction processes. Rob holds a degree from the University of Bristol.
