Rob Terry is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in sales, account management, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Regional Access Leader in the Patient Experience Team at UCB, Rob manages a team of nine Patient Experience Leads across 22 states to enhance the immunology patient and healthcare provider experience. Significant accomplishments include achieving high pharmacy fill rates and winning the 2018 Pinnacle Award. Prior roles include leadership positions in medical device sales at Asante Solutions and extensive experience with Merck in overseeing the New England Region and coaching a sales team. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
