Roy Ibrahim

Roy Ibrahim is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Information Risk and Governance Lead at UCB since March 2024. Prior to this role, Roy worked as a Manager at EY from April 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading information security projects, ensuring compliance with NIS/NIS2 directives, and implementing risk management frameworks. Roy's background also includes positions as a SOC Supervisor at SHELT Global Ltd, where management of a 24/7 Security Operations Center occurred, and as a Senior Information Security Officer at Saradar Bank sal, overseeing the establishment of the bank's security operations center and managing security compliance. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles focusing on information security for banks and financial institutions at Potech Consulting. Roy holds a Master's degree in Systems and Networking with a focus on Information Security, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, both from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
