Ryan Bauer

Ryan Bauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical sales industries. Since joining UCB in September 2010, Ryan has progressed through various roles, currently serving as Head of Rare Reimbursement East, where responsibilities include providing access and reimbursement solutions for UCB products. Prior roles at UCB include Rare Reimbursement Executive, Field Reimbursement Manager, and CNS Hospital & Key Accounts Representative, focusing on sales of Vimpat and Neupro in Central Florida. Prior to UCB, Ryan held positions at Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals, Stryker Leibinger Micro Implants, and Healthcare Support Staffing, showcasing a robust background in sales, training, and business development. Ryan began a career in professional tennis with the Association of Touring Professionals before obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Education from Clemson University.
