Scott M. is currently the Biotransformation Development Lead at UCB, having taken on this role in 2025. Prior to joining UCB, Scott was the Head of the Bioanalytical Sciences Department at Domainex from 2022 to 2025 and spent over two decades at AstraZeneca as a Metabolite Identification/Biotransformation Scientist from 2001 to 2022, where they focused on structural elucidation of metabolites to support drug discovery and development. Scott earned a PhD in Drug Metabolism from Sheffield Hallam University in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry from De Montfort University, completed in 1998.
