Simon Lucas

Simon Lucas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Immuno-Dermatology at UCB since October 2005, Simon has held various senior leadership positions including SVP & Head of Global Operations - Bone, VP & Head of US Neurology, and VP & Global Head of Strategic Marketing. Prior to joining UCB, Simon worked at GSK from November 1994 to October 2005, where roles included Head of Primary Care Marketing - Italy and European Strategy Director - Urology. Simon's career began at The Wellcome Foundation Limited as a Medical Representative from April 1992 to November 1994. Educational qualifications include advanced studies at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Harvard Business School, and Henley Business School.
