Terence Tem has accumulated extensive experience in statistics and data science within the pharmaceutical industry, holding roles at PharmaLex from April 2020 to April 2024, initially as a Specialist and later as a Manager. Currently, Terence serves as a CMC Statistician at UCB. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical sector, Terence engaged in education, teaching Biochemistry and Pharmacology to medical assistants at Open Door Medical Development School and serving as the Head of the Mathematics Department at Education Family; Diocese of Buea. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Food Technology from Ghent University, a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Buea, and an MSc in Statistics with a focus on Biostatistics from Universiteit Hasselt. Additionally, Terence conducted research on Lyme disease surveillance in Belgium during a tenure at Sciensano.
