Tim Seiffert is the Vice President of Developed Brands Portfolio and Network Optimization at UCB, where they focus on CMC pharma development and industrialization processes. With extensive experience in analytical development and project leadership, Tim has held key roles at various companies, including Director of Global CMC Project Leadership at UCB Group and Snr. Director positions at UCB Pharma. They earned a Dr. rer nat. in Chemistry from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and began their career as a lab technician in Pharmaceutical Analysis. Tim's tenure spans numerous projects related to drug substances, formulation characterization, and manufacturing strategies.
