Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at Promethera Biosciences for nearly a decade, holding various positions including Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring GMP compliance, managing quality systems, and overseeing personnel. Vanessa also has a strong background in preventive safety, quality assurance, and production management, with earlier roles as a Production Supervisor and Technician, contributing to significant achievements such as obtaining the first GMP accreditation for Promethera. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology, along with various certifications related to occupational health, safety, and emergency response.
