Veronique Andre currently serves as Director of Patient Solutions Area at UCB Biopharma SPRL, where they contribute to the discovery of treatments for neurodegenerative diseases and epilepsy. Their past research includes a focus on neuronal activity in basal ganglia related to Huntington’s and Parkinson’s diseases, as well as performing electrophysiological recordings from human cortex resected during pediatric epilepsy surgery at UCLA. Veronique earned a PhD in neurochemistry, pharmacology, and physiology from Université Louis Pasteur and has held various research and leadership positions in neuroscience.
