Victor Ducrot

Victor Ducrot is currently the QC Microbiology & EM Team Leader at UCB, where they lead quality control initiatives and manage collaborative planning for product release. Previously, Victor worked as a Quality Operations Coordinator, overseeing the review of manufacturing and quality control documentation, and contributed to standard operating procedures. Their early experiences included roles in microbiology and laboratory settings at Confarma and Boucherie HUG, where they developed systems for traceability and conducted various quality analyses. Driven by a desire for learning and team collaboration, Victor fosters an environment conducive to collective success.
