Xavier Refojos has over 17 years of experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Legal Lead and IT-ERP Validation Lead at UCB since 2006. Key responsibilities include overseeing validation activities for multiple SAP rollouts in Brazil, China, and Japan, as well as managing the validation of Manufacturing Plants Divestment projects. Xavier managed the Pharmacovigilance Gateway Project as Project Manager and supported the Empirica Trace Migration project. A temporary relocation to the United States in 2011 involved coaching new IT colleagues. Earlier experience includes a role as a Global IT Drug Safety Application Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from HELHa — Haute École Louvain en Hainaut.
