Yoann Gingast

Yoann Gingast is a Pharma DP Manufacturing Manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They served as a Validation Engineer and Technical Manager at Assystem from 2010 to 2015, leading a team and enhancing client relationships while overseeing equipment commissioning and process validation. Yoann worked at UCB from 2015 to 2021, where they managed a manufacturing team and drove process improvements in pharmaceutical production, including compliance and quality assurance. They began their career as a trainee Qualification/Validation Engineer at Sanofi in 2008. Yoann holds a Master’s degree in Agrochemistry and Bio-industries from Université de Rouen Normandie.
