Yolanda Johnson

Yolanda Johnson is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at UCB since October 2013, Yolanda Johnson is responsible for strategic business partnership support for the U.S. and has also held roles such as Interim Co-US DE&I Lead and HR Operations Advisor, where process improvements for HR operational activities were initiated and managed. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Employee Support Analyst and Supervisor at Koch Industries, focusing on quality assurance, compliance, and management of HR functions. Yolanda Johnson began the HR career at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where positions ranged from HR Service Processor I to HR Specialist, managing payroll processing and HR inquiries while demonstrating expertise in SAP HCM. Yolanda Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television from Temple University.
