Zsófia Bakonyi

Zsófia Bakonyi has extensive experience in market research, communications, and policy support, highlighted by a role as a market researcher at GfK from October 2006 to December 2007, where significant contributions were made to research projects and political surveys. Following this, Zsófia served as a PR and Communications Manager at Science|Business from March 2011 to November 2014, focusing on corporate communications, event marketing, and stakeholder networking. A position as Policy Assistant at Eurochild in early 2009 involved organizing public events and coordinating a survey on children without parental care across the EU. Zsófia's tenure at EFPIA from December 2014 to December 2018 as Communications Manager included leading the #WeWontRest campaign and managing stakeholder engagements. Currently, Zsófia holds positions at UCB, initially as Senior Manager Partnerships and recently as Rheumatology Patient Engagement Lead, bringing a strong background in political affairs and international relations from studies at the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and Eötvös Loránd University.
