The UCD Law Society is a student-run faculty and debating society based in University College Dublin. Comprising of thousands of members, it is one of the largest and most prestigious student societies in Europe. The society hosts house debates, which are a weekly highlight of student life in UCD and competes to national and international success. Additionally, it organises guest speakers, career events and the annual Law Ball. LawSoc organises several internal and external mooting competitions for law students to improve their advocacy skills.
