Andrew Tereshko

Andrew Tereshko is a seasoned front-end development professional with extensive experience in leading and managing teams. Since December 2019, Andrew has served as the Head of Front-End at UCHi.RU, where responsibilities include overseeing a development department of up to 50 employees and implementing an evaluation system for technical skills in front-end engineers. Prior to this, Andrew held the same title at Insolar, establishing front-end processes and recruitment assessments. Andrew's career began in 2005, progressing through various roles including JavaScript Developer at Mail.Ru Group and founding GroceryPoint LLC as Founder & CTO. Andrew’s expertise encompasses both technical development and team leadership, contributing to improved workflows and project outcomes across multiple organizations.
