Anna Berg has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having held significant roles across various organizations. From December 2016 to May 2017, Anna served as the Head of OPS Recruitment at Lamoda Group. Following this, Anna worked at Ingosstrakh from December 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included being the Head of the Graduate Program and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes a tenure at ANCOR from March 2010 to November 2011 as a Recruiter, Head of the Graduate Program, and Recruitment Team Leader. Most recently, Anna was the Director of the Human Resources Division at АО УК "Ингосстрах-Инвестиции" from March 2021 to August 2023 and is currently the Director of Personnel at UCHi.ru since October 2023. Anna holds a Master's degree in Personnel Records Management from the Russian State University for the Humanities, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
