Anna Smirnova

Anna Smirnova is an experienced analytic professional with a strong background in data-driven decision-making and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics at UCHi.RU since July 2021, Anna previously held the Head of Analytics position for Value Added Services at MegaFon, where comprehensive forecasting models and analytics were implemented for multiple products. Anna's experience also includes leading customer relationship management and analytics efforts at MegaLabs, focusing on KPI dashboards and customer segmentation strategies. Prior roles include Customer Experience Manager at Touch Bank and analyst positions at Lamoda Group and Викимарт. Anna holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Higher School of Economics.
