Conrad Mutege

Conrad Mutege is a Senior Web Developer at Shopify since June 2024 and has been serving as a Community Volunteer at UCKG HelpCentre since October 2011, where care and support are provided to teenagers in recovery. Previously, Conrad held the position of Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Adobe from April 2022 to May 2024, delivering high-quality technical support to enterprise customers. Prior to that role, technical support was provided for ContentCal, both as a Technical and Customer Experience Support representative from December 2021 to April 2022 and as a Technical Support Engineer during an integration with Adobe. Conrad began a career in eCommerce operations at Richard James Savile Row, where innovative retail expertise and customer service skills were developed from January 2012 to September 2020.
