Michel Rodrigues has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Michel began their career as an Assistant in Billing at Televisão Gaúcha S/A in 1996. Michel then worked as an Encarregado de Crédito at Sicredi from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, they worked as an Assistant in Support at NutecNet ZAZ. From 2000 to 2001, they held roles as an Assistant and Supervisor in Telemarketing at Atento. Michel then worked as a Coordinator in Sales at PrintStore in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Relationship Manager at ABN AMRO, and during the same year, they co-owned Otzi Lan House & Cyber Cafe. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Sales Coordinator at Terra Networks. In 2007, they served as a Marketing and Sales Manager at PlugIn. Michel then joined UOL - Universo Online in 2008, where they held various roles including Sales Coordinator for Data Center, Sales Coordinator for Sharing Hosting, Market Analysis Coordinator, Administrative and Financial Manager, and ultimately Customer Service Director. Throughout their time at UOL, they were also responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, and Financial and Administrative Planning.
Michel Rodrigues has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finanças, Investimento e Banking from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Commercial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2008 and 2009. Michel also holds a Major in Marketing Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. In 2013, they pursued an extension program in Avaliação de Empresas (Valuation) at FIPECAFI.
