Alfee Reft is a highly experienced volleyball coach currently serving as the Head Coach at UCLA since December 2022. Reft also holds the position of Assistant Coach for the USA Women’s National Team, contributing to the team's preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Prior to these roles, Reft was the Associate Head Coach at the University of San Diego from February 2020 to December 2022, and an Assistant Coach at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from March 2018 to January 2020. Additionally, Reft co-owned and served as Head Trainer at Peak Volleyball Academy from September 2015 to October 2022, a facility designed for athletes of all levels. Reft earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa between January 2003 and January 2006.
