Amy Lee is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Institute of Transportation Studies in the Luskin School of Public Affairs at UCLA, starting in October 2023. Previously, Amy served as a PhD Candidate and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis from September 2018 to September 2023, focusing on Transportation Technology and Policy. Between 2011 and 2018, Amy worked at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, initially as a Junior Planner and later advancing to Associate Research Analyst, engaging in projects related to transportation impacts, climate adaptation planning, and electric vehicle planning. Amy's early experience includes roles as an Advocacy Coordinator with Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates and as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Institute of Transportation Studies, UC Davis. Amy holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Transportation Technology & Policy and Environmental Policy & Planning from the University of California, Davis, along with education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
