Arash Naeim

Professor Of Bioengineering at UCLA

Arash Naeim serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Clinical Research at UCLA Health and has held several leadership roles, including Associate Director of the Clinical Translational and Science Institute, Director of Informatics at the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Director of the UCLA Center for SMART Health. Naeim's clinical and academic contributions extend to the University of California, Los Angeles, where Naeim holds professorships in Bioengineering and Medicine, along with directorships in the Division of Hematology-Oncology and Geriatric-Oncology. A holder of a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School, Naeim's medical training includes fellowships in Hematology-Oncology and Geriatric Medicine, along with an internship and residency in Internal Medicine, all completed at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Naeim also earned an MD from UCLA and a B.S. in Biochemistry.
