Debra Hailey, CCP, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Compensation Consultant at the University of California, Los Angeles since September 2022, Debra has held similar positions at UCI Health and UC Irvine Medical Center. Previous roles also include Manager of Compensation at Molina Healthcare and Manager, Compensation & Classification at The California State University. With a Master's degree in Human Resources from Chapman University, Debra has demonstrated expertise in compensation and classification, having started as a Senior Compensation Analyst at UC Irvine and working as an Independent Consultant prior to her corporate roles.
