Deepak Rajagopal

Deepak Rajagopal is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in structural integrity, reliability, and engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at UCLA since July 2018, Deepak previously held the role of Assistant Professor at the same institution from July 2010. Prior roles include Visiting Assistant Professor at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2013 to June 2015 and Post-doctoral researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2009 to June 2010. Deepak's professional background also includes engineering experience at United Technologies Research Center from August 2001 to May 2004. Deepak's educational qualifications include a PhD in Energy and Resources and an MS in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
