Dr. Lin Zhan

Dr. Lin Zhan is a higher education executive leader and educator currently serving as the Dean and Professor of Nursing at UCLA. With over a decade of experience as a Chief Academic Officer in academic nursing, Dr. Zhan is dedicated to promoting health equity and has expertise in academic program design, implementation, and evaluation. Their previous roles include Dean and Professor at The University of Memphis and MCPHS University, as well as Professor at UMass Boston. Dr. Zhan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from Boston College and continues to pursue further education in executive leadership and other fields.
