Edwin Posadas

Edwin Posadas is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Director of the Experimental Therapeutics Program and co-Director of the Cancer Therapeutics Program at Cedars-Sinai since March 2011. Additionally, Edwin holds the position of Medical Director for both the Center for Uro-Oncology Research Excellence and the Urologic Oncology Program, as well as serving as an Associate Professor. Since July 2020, Edwin has also been a Health Sciences Professor at UCLA. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago Medical Center, Associate Clinical Investigator at the National Cancer Institute, and Physician at Southgate Medical Clinic. Edwin's early training included a residency as House Officer I-III at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Edwin earned an MD from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and dual BSE degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
