Ha Vu

Ha Vu is currently a Bioinformatics Fellow at Gladstone Institutes, working in Prof. Barbara Engelhardt's lab as of September 2023. Previously, as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles since September 2017, Ha Vu has contributed to the development of pipelines for large-scale data analysis in genomics and conducted single-cell multiomics studies in Dr. Jason Ernst's lab. Additional experience includes an internship at Genentech focusing on chromatin state annotation, research assistance in gene expression modeling at Colgate University, and tutoring mathematics. Ha Vu holds a PhD in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from UCLA and a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colgate University.
