Heidi Snyder is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing arts and music organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at UCLA since January 2022, Heidi oversees the management of Royce Hall and Theater Management Services. Previously, from April 2012 to December 2021, Heidi held the role of Director of Operations at the Levitt Foundation, where responsibilities included administration, operations, human resources, and finances to promote community engagement through music. Additional experience includes managing the summer concert series as Venue Manager at Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles, serving as an Executive Assistant at Warner Music Group and AEG STAPLES Center, and assisting in event production at The Stevenson Group. Heidi holds a BS in Sports Marketing & Communication from the University of Oregon.
