Jeffrey Goldman

Jeffrey Goldman is currently the Assistant Dean and CFO at the Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they oversee a $200 million annual budget and manage non-academic human resources for a large educational institution. Previously, they served in various administrative roles at UCLA, including Deputy Director for Administration at the California NanoSystems Institute and Associate Director for Graduate Programs in Bioscience, managing teams and budgets across several academic programs. They earned a PhD in Biology from Duke University and are pursuing a Certificate in General Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey managed the NEON Project at the American Institute of Biological Sciences, focusing on the development of scientific infrastructure for the U.S. ecological sciences community.
