Jim Foreman

Jim Foreman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Independent Director at Point C since November 2024 and Chairman of the Board at HPOne since June 2020, Jim has also held positions such as Investor in Residence Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Director for multiple companies, including Alegeus and Centivo. With a strong background in strategic advisory and operational management, Jim previously worked as Senior Advisor for Century Equity Partners and held executive roles at Willis Towers Watson and Aetna, where responsibilities included P&L management and oversight of significant business segments. Jim holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and further education from the University of Melbourne.
