Joseph Goodwin

Joseph Goodwin is an experienced professional in network services, currently serving as the Manager of Network Services at the University of California, Los Angeles since August 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at CENIC, including Manager of Infrastructure and Provisioning, where responsibilities included managing teams and coordinating the installation of a 1371-mile fiber network across Central California. Joseph's career also includes experience as a Core Network Engineer and a Network Operations Engineer at CENIC, as well as managerial roles at Unified Worldwide Transport and China Motion Telecom. Joseph began a career in networking as a Senior Network Engineer at Pajo Networks and as a Senior Field Engineer at Eureka Broadband. Educationally, Joseph holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Golden West College, completing studies from 1995 to 2000.
