Joshua Schank

Joshua Schank is a highly experienced professional in infrastructure and transportation policy. Currently serving as a Partner at InfraStrategies LLC since February 2022, Joshua also holds the position of Senior Fellow and Assistant Adjunct Professor of Public Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Research Associate at the Mineta Transportation Institute. Prior to these roles, Joshua was the Chief Innovation Officer at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority from October 2015 to February 2022, where the Office of Extraordinary Innovation was established under his leadership. Joshua's previous experience includes serving as President and CEO of the Eno Center for Transportation, Director of Transportation Research at the Bipartisan Policy Center, Consultant at PB Consult, Senior Associate at ICF International, and Transportation Policy Advisor in the Office of Senator Hillary Clinton. Joshua's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Columbia University, a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Columbia University.
