Liz Phillips, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at UCLA since September 2025. Previously, Liz held the position of Strategy Director at Brightest Color Imaginable, where the focus was on developing creative strategies for brand identity and effective communication. From September 2022 to October 2024, Liz was a Senior Consultant and then Senior Strategist at Buro Happold, collaborating with university leadership and stakeholders to enhance equitable educational experiences. A Visiting Professor at Bates College from July 2021 to July 2022, Liz taught courses on applied theater and social justice.
