Melissa MacRae is the Executive Director of Health Sciences Development Operations at UCLA, a position they have held since 2018. Previously, Melissa served as Senior Director of Corporate, Foundation & Research Relations at UCLA from 2013 to 2018, and as Director of Foundation Giving at Children's Hospital Los Angeles from 2007 to 2013. They also directed the Los Angeles Unit of Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic from 2003 to 2007 and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their extensive professional experience, Melissa holds a Master of Professional Writing from the University of Southern California and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies at Linfield College.
