Michael K. Stenstrom has had a distinguished career at UCLA since 1977, where progression from Assistant to Distinguished Professor in civil and environmental engineering includes various administrative roles such as Assistant Dean for Computing Resources, Chair of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, and Director of the Institute of the Environment.
