Michael Scroggins

Michael Scroggins is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in education, design, and social science. Currently a Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles since July 2020, Michael previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Studies. Michael's teaching background includes positions at the Academy of Art University, where courses were designed for MFA in Design students, and involvement in various research projects focused on educational innovation and public health. With a PhD in Anthropology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, Michael has managed research teams at institutions such as California State University, Fresno, and contributed to significant social media strategies at the Social Science Research Council.
