Michelle Morales

Michelle Morales is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at UCLA since November 2019, Morales previously held positions as Associate Director at both CBRE and JLL, where responsibilities included senior management of real estate operations. Morales began a career at CBRE as a Real Estate Manager and has also worked as a Facilities Coordinator at ABM Industries. Morales earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University-Fullerton.
