Nathan Kunz

Nathan Kunz is a Quantitative Researcher and Data Scientist at UCLA since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing the development of machine learning and statistical investment strategies and consulting on industry projects. Currently, Nathan also works as a Consultant - Data Scientist for Skymantics, contributing to the development of DataGenesis, an AI tool for synthetic population datasets. Previous experience includes serving as a Researcher at the University of Utah, focusing on juvenile justice policy reforms, a Research Intern at Voices for Utah Children, where data visualizations of state spending were presented, and as Campaign Director at P3 Utah, advocating for Benefit Limited Liability Companies. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
