Phebe Arlen

Phebe Arlen currently serves as the Assistant to the Director of Insurance & Risk Management at the University of California, Los Angeles since August 2022. Prior to this role, Phebe Arlen was the Executive Officer to the Associate Vice Chancellor/Controller at UCLA from April 2007 to April 2022. Phebe Arlen holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from the University of Southern California.
